お問い合わせの際には、以下の詳細をお知らせください。

- 当館のご利用回数：初めて・２回目・３回目・それ以上

- ご希望の日程：チェックイン日／チェックアウト日／泊数
- 人数：大人・小人（小学生）・幼児（未就学児）
- ご希望のお部屋タイプ：
〇７．５畳和室 大人３名まで、お子様連れの方は４名まで
〇バス付き洋室 ツイン／トリプル
〇和洋室 ４名から - 当館への移動手段：車／JR
- スキー・スノーボードのレンタルの有無
色のついている日程がご予約可能日でございます。白抜きの日は団体の貸し切り予約か休館日となっておりご予約いただけません。

We're now accepting reservations for the winter season!
Please note that we receive a large volume of inquiries right after opening, and it may take several days for us to respond. We are working through each request carefully and in order. We kindly ask for your patience, and please understand that follow-up messages are unable to move your place in the queue.
Online and OTA bookings will be available a little later. In the meantime, please contact us directly by email or phone.
When reaching out, please include the following details:
- Name of the reservation holder
- Number of previous stays with us: First time / 2nd / 3rd / 4 or more
- Home address
- Phone number reachable on the day of arrival
- Preferred dates: Check-in / Check-out / Number of nights
- Number of guests: Adults / Children (elementary school age) / Infants (pre-school age)
- Preferred room type:
〇 7.5-tatami Japanese room: up to 3 adults, up to 4 guests for families with children
〇 Western room with private bath: Twin / Triple
〇 Japanese-Western room: 4 guests and above - Transportation to the hotel: Car / Train (JR)
- Ski or snowboard rental needed: Yes / No
